If I says I'm into rock music or other heavy metal things, NOBODY will believe me, not even my friends, yes specially them. Once upon a time I was really into Queer as Folks and Micheal, my favorite lovable Hals Sparks was into rock band, and I told one of my best friends that I'm planning to order a copy of a cd of their album and he told me blanklly, "would you like it???" even for the fact that he knows that I adore Hals Sparks.....hmmmm so i decided he is right, I will never be a rocker, well atleast in my dreams and in some crazy pictures of my self....so here it is!!! you can laugh at me, mock at me...but hey I enjoyed doing this.

WOW .. you have lost good amount in 8 weeks!! it makes me only realize that you're very firm on your project. Keep it going.
I am sure you can remember the first week or two and how hard they were, it might be a good idea to remember that everytime you feel you are about to fail your project.
I am also sure that you are discovering what you could do? success always taste good, especially for targets that we make for ourselves.
why dont you celebrate your 10th week with a meal made up of
1. Kabsa
a good traditional bahraini Kabsa, with deep fried fish. A good place would always shower the rice with butter .. emmm emmmmm.
2. soft drink
it is always good to have drink when you eat... it's been proven you eat less.
3. Dont have salad .. as the dressing is made up of very high calories mix ... it is not advisable.
4. Mars bar.
it is good to leave earth from time to time, especially when it is an event of deserts
5. Chips
Come on .. it is a celebration
5. Milkshake with honey
I know your on a diet .. this is why you should make the milkshake with skimmed milk. after all you want to keep an eye on the calories
6. Shisha
again .. it is good to be awake after this meal .. so .. enjoy a good shisha. When done socially and spend hours on it rest assured you wont smoke as much. Beside ... it is always nice to have friends for celebrationS.
